About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled GPT Agent Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven agents powered by GPT technology to deliver tailored solutions for various business applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP) models, prompt engineering, and the integration of GPT models into real-world systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop GPT-Powered Agents: Design and implement intelligent, task-specific GPT agents that can automate processes, enhance user experiences, and solve complex problems.
• AI System Design: Architect scalable AI models, leveraging GPT-3.5/4, for a variety of business needs such as customer support, content creation, and data analysis.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop, fine-tune, and test effective prompts to ensure the GPT agents deliver accurate, context-relevant responses.
• API Integration: Integrate GPT models with external applications and platforms, ensuring smooth interaction between AI systems and existing workflows.
• Custom Model Development: Fine-tune pre-trained language models to meet specific industry or business use cases.
• Testing and Debugging: Implement rigorous testing protocols to identify, debug, and resolve issues in AI agent behavior.
• Optimization: Continuously improve GPT agent performance by refining prompts, adjusting model parameters, and enhancing integration with business systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to align AI capabilities with business goals.
• Documentation: Provide detailed documentation and user guides for end-users and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of NLP, GPT models, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with AI libraries such as Hugging Face, OpenAI API, or similar platforms.
• Experience with GPT Models: Demonstrated experience building, fine-tuning, and deploying GPT-powered applications or agents.
• API Integration: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating AI models into existing software ecosystems.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to build AI systems that can adapt to varied and evolving business challenges.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex AI models and workflows to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with version control tools (e.g., Git), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and deploying AI models in production environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced AI methodologies.
• Experience with agent-based modeling and multi-agent systems.
