Senior Accountant

Who: A detail-oriented and driven accounting professional with at least 3 years of experience.
What: Responsible for full general ledger and P&L ownership, acting as the right hand to the Controller.
When: Hiring immediately.

Position Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of GL and P&L responsibilities while supporting the Controller in a key leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and monthly close.
● Prepare and analyze financial statements.
● Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
● Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
● Work cross-functionally with other departments to support strategic initiatives.
● Assist with audits and year-end reporting.
● Recommend and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:
● Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
● Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
● Experience with large ERP systems is preferred.
● Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and leadership abilities.
