Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to support annual budgeting, expense forecasting, and statistical reporting.
- Prepare and evaluate financial forecasts to enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis challenges.
- Maintain financial systems and databases to support budget planning, allocations, and forecasting.
- Assist with financial research projects and analyze operational results for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 2-5 years experience in financial analysis.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry with some exposure to Cost accounting
- Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion is a plus
